I have over 35 years experience creating custom landscape designs and planting guides for residential and commercial properties. My design plans and plant lists are perfect for the DIYer.
My passion is creating designs which are:

How it Works:
- You fill out the information form I’ll provide to better understand your design needs.
- Next, email me measurements and digital photos of your property.
- After electronic payment is received, I will create a detailed scale design drawing and plant list (in PDF format) and send it to you (via email or post) for review and questions.
- If any revisions are needed I’ll make them (up to 25% of the area) and then send final plans, instructions and plant list.
Pricing:
- $250 for 6,000 (50’ X 120’) – 10,000 (100’ X 100’) square feet.
- Negotiated price for special situations.
NOTE: Price includes revisions up to 25% of area or plant list. Further revisions can be added at a negotiated price.
What You Get:
I will deliver (PDF via email or postal mail):
1) A scale landscape drawing and planting plan.
2) A corresponding plant list with latin names, common names and plant quanties.
3) Both the drawing and plant list are perfect for use by contractors, plant nurseries or yourself.
4) Any specific instructions and notations.
5). personal communication with me via email, phone and text.
